Poor old Seagate can't even get this right.

Well,
True target should be bang on in the center ,Thats were all the magic is "Heat " ,I wonder if they have a robot malfunction

You can see the square imprint of the casting in the first photo. Obviously the component placement in the design of this particular PCB does not match the design of the casting.
