For the record, it uses a PS3111 controller.

PC-3000 couldn't handle it, the fw version is not supported.
I was able to recover it, however, using own loaders. Apart from that, luckily the chips were in good condition, around 5 bad sectors in total.

"C" and "v" could be mistyped, as they next to each other on the keyboard, but MAND? Hahaha... It's like writing Yesla on a Tesla. S/He could be a very simple person because s/he could have copied the "Made in China" typo from anything else.
