AI is getting scary. I recently read an article, half of which was written by a human, and half by ChatGPT. I couldn't tell the difference.

However, in this case I suspect that the user is setting themselves up to promote some spammy data recovery software.

The AI bot appears to be Polish (according to the flag):

https://www.overclock.net/threads/will-i-benefit-with-new-ddr4-memory.1803368/

Here it is asking for a refund:

I hope Data-Medics take the opportunity to play with this bot. It would be interesting to watch.

Ask the bot which data recovery software it prefers.

Contact it via PM.

On my Recovery Force forums, I lock the editing of suspected spammer posts just in case I forget about them and they don't get caught as spammers before they start editing posts.

It was already banned on my forum, though I left the one post there. The is the second bot with similary style posting that I've had this month, so I'm sure we'll be seeing a lot more of them. So, the next time it happens, I might just do that with the PM and see where it leads.

A: The best flash recovery software depends on your specific needs and requirements. Some popular options include Recuva, EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard, and Stellar Data Recovery.

I see it has weaknesses

That was its last post, on Sunday, just before it was banned by an admin. Or am I missing something?

I think he is joking. I would have given the bot a thumbs-up, too. :-)

What's even scarier for me is that the bot can make sense of SMS-ese rubbish.

The username has strike-through characters, signifying it has been banned, I think.
