If by "AA chip" you mean the Marvell MCU (big "M"), then that's a bad sign. Hopefully the serial EEPROM chip survived, in which case you will need to transplant it from patient to donor. This chip contains unique drive specific information. If you are not experienced at soldering, then ask your local TV/AV repair shop. The EEPROM is the 8-pin chip at location U12, just above the Samsung RAM.

Good luck.

I marked the chips on picture.

So for start, which type of pcb must i looking for?
Must be the same just number printed on pcb or i need exactly the same hdd for donor?
The soldering is not the problem :)

The Marvell MCU needs two voltages, both of which are generated on the PCB. One is Vcore (~ 1.2V), and the other is Vio (~ 2.5V or 3.3V). Vio also powers the EEPROM and SDRAM.

The smaller component appears to be a MOSFET chopper which is probably associated with one of the above supplies. If the Vio rail has been damaged, then the integrity of the EEPROM may be suspect, in which case you would be wasting your money on a replacement board.

You can test for shorts on the Vio rail by measuring the resistance between the lower left and upper right corner pins (4 & 8) of U12. You could also determine if the failed MOSFET is associated with the EEPROM by measuring the resistance between pin 8 of U12 and each of the components around the MOSFET.
