i m run chkdsk, my disk is health, How to remove this message?

You are mistaken. The chkdsk program does not tell you about the disk health.

So even if chkdsk reports no errors, your disk might still be faulty - or at least, be failing/degrading. That is the situation which you have.


The message is there to help you, by warning you that your disk drive itself has detected internal problems.

You should clone/backup the files which you need from that disk now, and then replace that disk drive - if you care about the data/files on that disk. Then you will not see that message any more, because the failing disk drive has been removed from your PC.

If you want to investigate more about what type of problem is happening inside that disk, then there are various utilities which you could install, to read the detailed SMART data from the disk. But the basic answer will be the same - copy the data/files from it and then replace the disk drive.

Do not run chkdsk.
Do not install any new utilities.
Do not restart your computer.
Copy everything off of there you need onto an external disk. Make sure the files are openable on the new destination.

Turn off computer. Unscrew panels. Remove old disk. (you may want to keep that faulty disk as an emergency archive. Although it's broken, it's still valuable since it may be operable for an unknown period of time and contains data)

Buy a new disk. Reinstall OS.
