Huge thanks to all of You guys for Your kind advices.
I've recovered 90% of data.
I've made several passes, created submap of yellow sectors, however the heads or media are weak. I've observed that heads could read bigger areas of sectors starting from 0 - 200 000 000 LBA but from 200 000 000 to 390 721 967 there were bigger areas of skipped sectors. Trying to read these sectors, a few green appeared and the red one. Drive went to BSY, turn off/on and so on. Tried different jump sizes and retries however without success in the part starting from 200 000 000 LBA to the end.
If similar situation appears in future with more important data do You think its better to find another heads or just leave it as is because these symptoms could be related to media weakness ?

For your first initial pass it would be a good idea to set the timeout for readiness to about 40 or 50ms in the UDMA field. This way it will skip areas that are taking a long time to read and enable you to read the good areas quickly. Then you can do another pass with longer timeouts, more retries, etc etc. Save the settings for future use.

Always image what you can before doing a headswap.
