I am trying to repair my hard drive and I downloaded MHDD. Can I boot this via flash drive? If so then how?

Hi, yes you can. Check here, how-boot-mhdd-from-usb-stick-t13962.html. By the way are you trying to recover data? If so you should read the documentation on MHDD first.
