Try to clone your drive, sector by sector, using a tool (eg ddrescue) that understands how to work around bad media. Then use data recovery software on the clone.

This would be a very large number of unreadable sectors - if it was true - but it seems that the disk itself only knows about 7 currently unreadable sectors:

Perhaps. Hard disks can fail at any time - sometimes you get a little warning before there is a catastrophic problem; sometimes you don't get any warning before a problem; sometimes you get a little warning, but the disk still continues to work for a long time afterwards. Many different behaviours are possible.

I dont wanna lose my hard-disk :(

Which answer (a) or (b) below, applies to your situation?
a) Do you want to recover the data from the disk (whether or not you also want to try to "fix" the disk)?

or

b) Do you only want to try to "fix" the disk, but you do not care about the data which is currently on the disk (e.g. because you already have backups)?

I have no problems if i lose my data i just wanna my hard disk seeing alive.
you need to understand this, This is my first build Computer (First Motherboard,Videocart Etc...)
So all of this i buyed with my own money,
I see them like a frend
So i dont care about data i just wanna it alive.

PS: from another frend he sayed: Do i low-level-format that maybe can help it !
so i did that
I have downloaded and burned HBCD and did a hard disk low-level-format.
I hope this will work if not

OK - you don't need the data and you have already decided on a plan without asking here, so I don't see there is any need for further comments from me. Good luck with your plan, but remember to use backups for any important data :)
