The problem is NOT the head swap, it's what comes AFTER head swap due to HOW these drives work.

Now you can get why the recovery of these "retrocomputer" puppies IS interesting.

Wait "enough" (*) and then probably will be possible to get the answer from my neurons. At that time , after all, it should be a really phased out drive but should have a value for retrocomputing or to collect data from the past.
