Hello, I have few questions for owners of PC3000. After 20 years of dealing with data recovery I have decided to buy these 2 PC3000 products. Until now I have not enught financial resources. This month I have in my company 12000. case, it is good number, I think. I have also a lot of unsolved cases and I think when I buy PC3000 the costs will return just in few months.
Questions:
1. Are you satisfied with PC3000? What type of damages can be done with PC3000 UDMA? Do I have an access to resources after not paying Technical Support?
2. Should I pay Technical Support after one year of bonus period? Is TS really helpful? If I write and describe problem, will they write me commands or next steps?
3. Have you ever visited their office in Prag? I am going to buy it there before Christmas...
4. What is about Flash SSD Edition? I do not have many references to this product... I just unsolder the chip (I have already the tool to unsolder chip) and access and copy the data... I have read that unsoldering chips for SSD is not very good idea. CAN YOU solve the bug - Intel SSD 320? I have a few SSDs of this type and I cannot recover it now...
5. Can you solve easily 7200.11 bug? Is it easier to solve it via PC3000 or Hyperterminal (Serial...)? Can you solve ES.2 bug via PC3000 without scarting? I was successful in recovering data from ES.2 Seagate, but I have few drives with this type of malfunction and there is some error. I do not remember it now, it was long time ago...
6. I have dozens WD Passports old types with 2.2 TB bug. Can I recover it via PC-3000?
7. I do not know why, but I was not successful in recovering data via Salvation Data - Maxtor - N40P, Romulus, etc.. Can I solve this problem with PC-3OOO? It is a very historic issue, these drives lay on my shelf 10 years...

Are there resources to solve it?
8. The most important question: What are the steps, which I have to do? Do I write commands, should I scart something? What is the thing which I should do to recover data? It is easy? Data recovery is not very easy job, but interesting and responsible...
Many many thanks for answering my questions...
