Hello,
After use of m0,2,2,,,,,22 command always use clear smart, other wise all sector goes inaccessible.

If terminal shows this error (ProcessRWError -Read- at LBA 00F8C514 Sense Code=C4090082) then not worry about that, it is auto relocation system by firmware.
if you have any cloning tools like pc3000 and MRT try to disable smart option and try to clone the hdd with OK heads.

Thanks

Thank You again Ali!
I did everything that you said, but the drive does not read any sectors  :

Hello,
Now if your drive access firmware and not gives access to user area , follow this
m0,2,2,,,,,22
/1
N1
power reset
/t
F00A2,00,22
F014E,00,22
F057C,043C,22
power reset
these three commands are used to disable smart and auto relocation.

now all sectors Access easily..

Software is just a plate form to diagnose a hard disk. main thing is your mind which give you idea to perform several tricks to repair hdd.

Very VERY BAD idea to do on a seagate drive that is more recent then 7200.11

m0,2,2,,,,,22 "regen translator" without taking intro consideration the non-resident G list, and you will end up without LBA access or partial LBA access only and you will need PC3K to fix it with the "Fork" method or the salvation data tool.

And your congen command is wrong as well. Its F01E4,00,22 and NOT F014E,00,22

.....

Thanks Spildit!
What about Leonardo Method? http://malthus.zapto.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=196

No, I can't access to any sector.
Every sector access came back with "ProcessRWError -Read- at LBA XXXXXXXX Sense Code=43110081" (EDAC HW uncorrectable error) error, no matter wich is the direction that i would like to imaging the drive.
