Hello
I have a HIKVISION DS-9632NI-XT NVR which has 4 drives of 4 TB connected in RAID 5.
The NVR has failed, All the drives are working fine. Need to rebuild the RAID outside the NVR box to recover the data / Recordings. Its not recognised by R-STUDIO, UFS. Reclaimme does build the RAID automatically but the data is all corrupt due to improper parameters.
Has anyone worked on this or knows and wants to share the RAID 5 parameters for it.
Any help appreciated.

Some NVRs and DVRs use a proprietary filesystem and are a real PITA to recover from. Hopefully you can find someone who's already done one of these who can point you in the right direction. In the meantime, I'd contact the manufacturer and see if their tech people will share any details such as RAID parameters, video codecs, etc.

We specialize in proprietary CCTV recoveries and do them on a regular basis (including remote ones for other companies).
I'd say that quite likely everything isn't so straightforward with recovering videos from this NVR.

If necessary, I'll be happy to look into this recovery remotely.
Please check your PM.
