befor drive failing.
i heater on pcb :shuffle:
and pcb back the drive and tested i saw not spin motor
after test pcb all voltage is good but motor voltage is 1.6
tested all smd on the pcb and find one problem.

this is short circuit. i thing this smd is short. i tested with multimeter that short with GND.

Not sure I understand clearly, therefore I dislike to assume.
But, if you are confident your diagnosis is correct, then you need to repair the pcb OR replace it with a compatible donor pcb along with performing a firmware adaptation procedure. Since it is a SSHD it is a bit more complicated due to the cache component.
