Firmware SD1A
Site code SUZHSG

This disc shows in bios and in device manager
but not showing partitions in disk management
I need to recover data

It detects ID, FW part not and serialNo. it detects size =0 LBA=0
scan doesn't support

If I did FW update data will be Lost?
Or I do using RS232 Adapter ? via Hyperterminal

Doing a firmware update will not repair the drive. A different part of the firmware component on the drive is damaged.
