what tool do you suggest Amarbir?

Not likely.
for fragmented files, there are now CnW, my Klennet Carver, and in some limited cases Photorec.
My understanding is CnW is faster and less effective, and Klennet Carver is slower and requires better hardware and is more effective, at least with supported formats/codecs.

Here is a great tool for assembling corrupt video files. Sometimes when recovering videos from SD and CF Cards cards there is some file system corruption maybe due to bad ECC, failing NAND or a strange controller config. This program is really good at assembling the corrupt videos. It will scan the image and visually shows you individual clips of videos. You can then use those clips to re-assemble good videos.
It is a pay by results method. So the program is free, they assess what needs to be done and charge you for a program to recover the data. I paid about $250 for a recovery. So it is by no means the most inexpensive around, but if you do have some highly fragmented videos no other program can get, this is a good one.

I really dont like the fact that you pay per a recovery

I agree. But with modern day video files there are so many different parameters such as frame rates, compression, codecs etc that a lot of time the software is written for that particular case. I totally agree, give me good old R-Studio any day, but for video files its a little different.

My 5 cents. Don't want to hurt anyone, comparing this tool with myPhoto recovery
https://www.sysdevlabs.com/product.php?id=mphrSecond one, gave better result for fragmented JPG files with sizes >20Mb, and worked faster.

Yes, that may well be, depending on the specific case.

So which one is best & carve my video data.

Actually, you can try free Photorec. If that does not work for you (which happens in most cases), you choose between CnW Recovery and Klennet Carver.

Hi Alexey, I'd be interested to trying it on a 32GB MicroSD card that should hold some pictures and MP4 video footage.
Can you PM me? Thank you, and keep up the great work!
