I have this card from a client. But when i startthe card, it tells me to do a quick analyze, but that shows me an error prevented from reading the sector/lba. See pics. I tried to format the card in windows, it was succed, and tried to read the disk with recuva first, then easeus. But nothing helped. I still got these errors. I tried also to randomly check LBA on the card, but same message...
When do i know when to use the circuitboard for recovery?

You formated a card that was for recovery? Good lord!
Give the card back to the client and send him to a pro.

OMG you have PC3000 flash but didnt know not to format the card. Can I respectfully suggest you do some training before doing any more data recovery. PM me if you want some advice on what training to take.

"respectfully suggest" did you see that? Plus the offer of help in relation to training.
I agree that formatting the card was reckless at best

sir, yes sir

There was nothing rude or personal. Get back on Earth. If you format a clients card that means it's too much for you.

You really need to stop what you are doing, put your tools away, and learn about file systems. And your question regarding PCBs further illustrates your complete lack of knowledge of the subject.

BTW, in case you are tempted to format your clients' SSDs and external HDDs, read about TRIM.

If you are offended, I don't care. Your customers deserve much better.

I have to agree.
Nobody was rude to you.
In fact, you were given the best possible advice.

Chances are that the memory is degraded, so will require direct NAND memory dumping (with multiple read retries after software ECC correction), XOR application..etc..
