I've purchased both systems at the end of last year and haven't used it.
PC3000 express has been activated in May 2019.
PC-3000 Flash System has not been activated..

Both are located in Florida, US.

These are practically new.

Why would this be spam?! because I'm selling my new PC3000 systems?

Have you contacted Ace to see if they are going to allow the devices to be activated by another company?

If you ordered them, you must have had a need for them first. So saying they are unused doesn't make sense. As David says, the product is not transferable. That is, you can sell them but there will be no support or updates.

The buyer will be able to verify with ACELAB that the account will be transferred to them.

I know I'm not fun at parties, but how much does Ace sell these kits? I believe your prices are about the same, if not higher.

So this is the official answare from ACELAB that I recived from Diana

"According to ACE Lab's policy and License Agreement that is shipped along with the PC-3000 equipment in the parcel,
it is prohibited to sell the second-hand PC-3000 equipment to the third party.

Otherwise, if the obligations of the License Agreement are broken, ACE Lab has a right to block the card."

Unless we're talking about a different Diana,
Diana doesn't work for Ace for a very long time now.

Not that it makes any difference in the policy and the terms, transferring of license is still prohibited.

Instead of typing out my opinion here ... I'll instead provide a screenshot of the research I did.

Determining the actual value is difficult ... but it appears to be predicated (at least partially) off some measure of inaccuracies in the description.

(Politely) ...

blocking a card when someone decide to recoup some loss, is very unfair practice isn't it?
If acelab isn't monopoly in this market, i guess it would get more scrutiny.
