LED 1102

As I know that LED 1102 is related to damaged heads
So I replaced the heads from identical donor, but it gives the same error.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Still looks like heads. Do you have another donor handy.

Tried 3 donors with same message.

That's what I suspected the most.

This drive is USB 2.0, so I converted it to SATA with good known PCB.

+1 i have worked on simular case like this with same log results always end with LED 1102 and the hard disk still spinning and from the hard disk noise i believe that this noise isn't head issue so i examin the 2 platters and found small scratches on platter 0 and platters 1&2&3 clean with some luck i found 1 matched donor in my inventory after that i make hot sawp and save all critical module from heads 1&2&3 For example slist&tlist&slist
And 1 full module dir from head 1
After that i copy module to donor and make de task and make head map and ignored head 0
And after that i back to utlitily and make smart swap and the hard disk become ready and i think you are know whole the rest of process.

hope this help you
