Hard Drive

Hello guys!
I got a new hard drive and let it format but for quite a long time it wouldn't at which point I disconnected but as expected the drive's file system got screwed up now it says 0B and can't even see it in the bios can anyone to share if he had such a problem, is there a solution

Send it back in waranty.
