I got ST4000LM024-2AN17V Seagate 4Tb F/W 0001, problem is HDD ready with spin down.
ROM unlock succeeded in boot code mode, but no access into terminal as drive already spin down
Any idea how to do with MRT?

Just edit and made Max Heads 0 in the ROM, and write the ROM, having below on terminal while head no more spin down.
Yes, I am also consider for replace the heads, I am still looking for the correct donor.
