HELLO, AS SHOWN IN THE IMAGE, I HAVE A 500 GB SEAGATE 3ST3500418AS HARD DRIVE, IT'S MAGNETIC AND THIS IS HOW IT'S DETECTED. MY COMPUTER SHOWS IT AS 3.86 GB IN DISK MANAGEMENT.

If its identifying as 3.8GB it means the drive cannot tell what its actual capacity is, could be a translator issue, could be a heads issue.
