I think those PCBs have two ROMs in a RAID configuration. Your patient dump has no NvC component.

Also, your dumps seem to be twice as large as they need to be. The second half of each dump is empty.

That's true.
Must use advanced method to unlock.

I comapred two ROMs from two working drives and they seems fine. And I noticed a lot of differences in different places when compared to the patient ROM

The NvCache area is located at 0xA0000 in your working dumps. Your patient dump is empty. How can the NvC be corrupt if it hasn't yet been created??

If you need a PCB, avoid this seller:

https://www.harddrivesdirect.com/products_image_large7.php?products_id=731675_ST12000NM001G

https://www.serverpartsdirect.com/images_large/sea_SATA_3_bottom.jpg (AI generated PCB, very very weird)

https://www.serverpartsdirect.com/images_large/ST4000NM0034_4.jpg (AI generated label, wrong model number in file name)
