The only tool is your brain?

I wrote "I am not using PC3K or SD products or any other commercial products"
That's it
If you don't understand that, so probably I need to write it other way
Like this - "I am not using PC3K or SD products or any other commercial products"

Have recent experience with Salvation data's Power Data Extractor pro...it is quite useless. Media Tools product is way better even with its flaws plus have since returned the product and it went missing in the chinese mail so now out $400 for something that was worthless. The people are nice but product is quite frankly crap! Not worth the risk but they are coming out with a new version in June so will have to keep an eye on this.

I am new to this forum but just would like to share my 2 cents thought.

Initially, I purchased SalvationData products for Maxtor, Seagate, Fujitsu because I thought the product was less expensive compared to PC 3K.

I later encountered some problem. I wrote to them for some support. If you asked me, the kind of support is really sub-standard. I hardly got back any useful reply, if any. Most of my emails were never replied down right.

I also found some program bugs and wrote to them, and never got any reply.

To be fair, some of the functions are good, but for such product, without a strong technical support, it will not go far.

The only time they wrote to me again was when they had some new product launch.

I had stopped using this product now.
