I have problems with two of my HDDs, when trying to use the Low Level Format Tool ((2.36 Build 1181) I receive this message in the "Device Details" :

"Current date and time: 17/08/2008 11:36:50

Details are unavailable: Internal error.

However, I can do the lowlevel format, btu the HDD is still unusable.

Your PC may be unstable. I dunno.

I get that error in Vista, but on XP I don't and the program works fine. What OS are you using.
