letter to ACE Team : did you guys have a production team? or you guys ask some company to assembling your tools? If yes, maybe that's the problem....

With as complicated as their authentication process is I don't see how having an illegitimate UDMA card would help anyway.

Kudos to me for pointing it out to them, they didn't have a rashers what was going on 'til I contacted them......

I also contacted ACE 7 may, 8am GMT. You're not alone.
I think a lot of people contacted them. And we all need a free UDMA.
