I tried Salvation Data HDD Doctor for Seagate to remove a locked password from Seagate Momelus5400 .2 120 gb drive.

I followed thier instructions it tells you you removed it but in reality the drive is still locked???

Any tips?

Anybody out there that uses the SD HDD Doctors Suite any comments or tips.

I am new to thier Systems.

Ask for a live assistance!!! They'll walk you through it. You might want to hit Video Capture Option so you'll have the live tutorial saved for future.

Ditto. Or study how your Momentus work and you can do it in a couple of minutes even without automated tools.
