I gave you suggestion of who to contact in UK. He is Sean from pcimage. He is a member of this forum. You can send your drive to him and see what he has to say about this one. You were looking for someone in UK and he is a good contact for you. Send him a PM on this one.

So if there any another company that will okay, I'm already sent message to Sean from pcimage

CAUTION Sean ,
if you deal with that drive (Customer-Company before).
That report means to me Platters LOST Alignment when they try to transferred to the new box.

It means it is much more difficult, maybe not possible, but without a real professional opinion it is impossible to say.

I do think that if sean can look at this drive and confirm the mess caused by other DR firm, you should seriously consider a follow up call to them.

If they used HDRC tool to move platters there is a very real chance of lost alignment. I would be more inclined to think they might not have attempted anything as the job was too big for them. Well thats what they should have done anyway.

Today I found this link
http://www.acelaboratory.com/pc3000.sea ... .php#tab13

Which content Supported models HDD for PC-3000 for Windows (UDMA)
ST31500341AS 1500 (1,5 TB)

That mean PC-3000 can be able to make alignment, not as they told me in databacknow, I’m totally confused... So is that mean It will be more easier to repair my HDD

yes, as I told in the email, this drive has nothing to do with PC3k, at least not now.
