Vogon and PC3 are only two HDD passoword removal tool available in market now? Is there any alternative ??
My understanding is that you still need to get/guess master password and user password with these devices. So I have to start creating my own data base....

Vogon is Brute-Force , PC3k is direct SA method. You could probably write your own software for brute-force cracking.
I am sure there are other methods

Getting or guessing passwords is quite limited for all current drives
so the database will be quite empty.
