Tools for hard drive diagnostics, repair, and data recovery

Hello, sorry if I posted in the wrong place.
My hard disk is now in an external enclosure and victoria software says This drive locked by ATA password!
Below is the details displayed on victoria. Is there any way I can remove the password without spending $$$$.
I am sure there is a procedure I can follow....

i have the same problem, with a toshiba hdd, the victoria program says This drive locked by ATA password! How can I enter those commands you mention?
