 Post subject: SeaGate ST380011A ERROR

I have a seagate hard disk ST380011A ( 8.01). When i power up the hard disk it tries to initilize the head but can not do but after some time it detects it self. and give error ( here is terminal report)

I need data. Do I have to change head. please guide me
