Here I got one Seagate 20 GB Useries X ST320014A
Drive got knocking Sound after opened found head have been damaged ( see My Picture )

I take a see with its platter and a little scracthed in its platter. See My Pic for detail.

I have change head from A good donor drive. but drive got no detect and still knock.
I return back donor head and got nothing problem just in second drive got detect as well.

please give me advise. is it possible with this problem
and what is the scracthed area. is it SA ZONE ot not. I am affraid Boot Code in SA have damaged. please give addvise
