New Member, Where To Begin?

I recently stumbled on this forum and I am very thankful I did! I wish I found you guys sooner!!!
I've long wanted to repair harddrives but I have no idea where to begin. Can you guys recommend some books, or videos? I've been considering the course from myharddrivedied but that is an expensive course and I would have to do a bit of traveling. When I saved enough money, I will take a course. What is a good course to take? I am a computer technician with a computer science degree so I have a bit of experience with computers.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thank you
