The 7200.11 BSY error fix is does not works on 7200.14 drives.
About terminal connections: Use two pins that nearest to SATA connectorand use 38400 kbps connection.

if there nothing in the terminal log when you power on the the drive, then something is wrong with settings and or with the wiring

another hard disk(500gb) connected but 2tb is not connected
