As in topic, this drive spin up normally, calibrate and ID.

But all sectors shows ABRT.

Any thoughts ?
Thanks in advance.

Any info on background failure from the customer? Any suspicion of anything?

The customer said the laptop hang and forced to restart. That's all.
No suspicious things happened

I don't have a lot of experience with his WD series of products as they have not began failing in large numbers yet, but I am curious.
Is the drive spinning when reading LBAs (ar even at all)? If not, then the problem at this point could be at this time relegated to the flash component. Or firmware. Not sure of this drive's architecture, whether firmware is also loaded in flash (I doubt it though, but this is likely to happen sooner or later, if not it is already in some new drives)
