Hello,

I am Using the Seagate TOOLS from salvation data.

And i have this case.

How can i correct this problem to get data back.

well the ihdd its identifies so means, the recalibration its OK, and its detected ID, so its getting DRD DSC

U need to check on Terminal , to know what´s happening and type some test commands to know , if its loaded Cert tables, for example, thats 0 size looks like SCSI 0 size problem, on Seagate Chettah, maybe translator corruption. but should be checked SA ,or maybe Bad head but thats should be checking with tests to know where its the problem.

it appers just this

Do You Know what is it ?
Wich command should i use.

On that screen turn off and turn on and post it, the log, wich its showing

Some like that

Interface task reset
1024k x 16 SDRAM
TONKA2 - 1_Disk M-31 12-07-05 09:13

Buzz - Head Mask FFFF - Switch to full int.
Spin Ready
(P)PATA Reset

When i connect the SEAGATE Doctor from salvation to the CMD MODE,

Nothing happen.

Is any other way to connect a disk via COM PORT?

Wich model is your hdd,? there are some hdd´s 1 TB wich are not detected by normal terminal because use a technology similar SCSI
