I believe that if the drive is not spinning after swapping the U12, then the USB PCBs are not compatible.

I can someone clear this doubt for me:
On the 2060-701675-001, wich are the ground pins?
I think it's E2-E7-E46-E47.
Is this right?
Thanks

A multimeter will be able to tell you.

the drive had some damaged modules so I replaced the PCBs and worked on SATA interface after swapping U12 only ( theres no place for U14 on the SATA PCB ) then after fixing the drive back the USB PCB, and the drive now is working like a charm.
Well,
What all Mods Were Damaged ?

Not every advice is actually an Advice, and not everything you read is actually true,
some helps n some kills.

YES
"TRUE"yes, what is in your mind if things are followed !!! yeah, everything was done right as required... To clarify...
I require to access SA (converting into SATA was essential), tried the donor board as mentioned for converting into SATA, but unsuccessful due to IT STOPS SPINNING with DONOR Board, but things are taken back to USB and SPINS file like before.
Is it happening for PCB incompatibility or something else? (MCU are same into the both PCB)

Reviving an old thread here, does anyone know which SATA PCB is compatible with the USB PCB 701675-002 Rev P1?
Have tried putting the ROM on a 771672-004 Rev A and it won't spin up.

ATA registers?
Maybe corrupted ROM/Pre-amp
