Hello fzabkar,

you're amazing. Removing the diode D703 fixed the HDD. Thank you so much!
First I was worried removing the diode, because in an earlier post it was mentioned that this diode isn't a TVS. So I was not sure if I was allowed to simply remove it.

Note:
I also measured fuse "4" and it was still working. The diode's pads in-circuit showed the same results, as measuring directly on the components.
