If your data are not important, then zero-fill your drive.
Otherwise, determine which file(s), if any, occupy the bad sectors. Then delete these files and replace them with backups. The next time the OS writes to the bad sectors, they will be retested by the drive and returned to service if good, or replaced with spares if bad.
Tip: How to determine which file occupies a particular sector:

Go here and download MHDD. There is instructions on this one too. Scan your drive and remap the bad sectors so they are blocked and can not be used again. After you run this then zero fill your drive. Read this book and use this program and you should arrive at where you want to be.
