7200.11 firmware problem

Seagate ST3500620AS
Firmware revision HP12


Can somebody help.

We have firmware BUSY problem
We disconnected PCB, clear Smart, fixed G-LIST.
Put back the PCB, power off/on the drive

and no connection to terminal is possible.

Do somebody knows about any issue, which can be this problem.
What to fix ?

disconnected PCB, "Z"
connected PCB "U"

clear smart, fixed G-list

power off, on

and the terminal is no more available.
contact and rs232 is ok
