Can somebody help.

We have firmware BUSY problem
We disconnected PCB, clear Smart, fixed G-LIST.
Put back the PCB, power off/on the drive

and no connection to terminal is possible.

Do somebody knows about any issue, which can be this problem.
What to fix ?

how can u clear smart and fix glist with pcb disconnected?
