You'll need special gear to rebuild the ROM from the SA, assuming that you don't have other mechanical or PCB issues.

The ROM is in the MPU in this series and you need a SMT station to change it out. Easiest approach would be buy a compatible donor, swap PCB, and rebuild ROM from SA with PC3000. If you don't know what you are doing you should find someone who can help you, or you may ruin ROM again.

The drive is not spinning? You wrote the wrong ROM ? Oh dear..

You need a data recovery company that knows how to circumvent the Embedded ROM. If you have a copy of the original ROM it will be a great help to whoever you choose to help you with this.
