7200.11 busy problem cannot be fixed

hello.
i am having a problem with Seagate 7200.11 series.
at the atola it seems to have the usual busy problem and zero capacity problem.
when i use the terminal to fix it there is an error comes up and cannot complete the procedure.
i have attached a screenshot as well as a notepad where i copy paste the terminal dialog.
any advice would be helpful

What is the actual symptoms of the problem?

Some quiet clicking 11-12 times then spin down?

i noticed that ur drive is Password Locked

u need to unlock it 1st. :shock:

yes thats the problem; Some quiet clicking 11-12 times then spin down.
i tried to unlock it but its not responding

it is possible to unlock the drive through terminal commands
u need to read more about this.

also, you may consult Ann for this since she wrote it on her book for seagate.
