Hi all,

I want to modify the usb only connector which come on 2.5 drive WD 500GB WD5000BMVW-11AMCS0 unfortunatlly I can't find on the pcb the chips which I have to remove. On the usb 2.0 the chips to remove are: C13, C18, C31, C33 but those chips can't be find on the PCB of the usb 3.0 drive.
As it seems to me and by the location only of the chips I can guess that the right chips to remove are: C92, C93, C91, C90.
What do you think?
Are those the right chips to be remove?

Best Regards,

It is easier to find a SATA PCB with the same controller and then just move the U12...or just connect via terminal in PC3000.
