When i open the cover of the hdd the plates are spins ok. but the reader arms goes to the center then goes to the stop position and it goes to the middle point of the heads and turns back to the stopping position and repeat this positions.

 IMHO this is not a DIY situation (especially not after these repair attempts). There is likely to be internal damage. I see no alternative to using the services of a professional DR company, if the data is important to you - unfortunately the repair attempts so far have probably reduced the liklihood of success.

Replacing the PCB is useless, you have contaminated the disk (the latest problem) and there will be likely media damage beside killed heads.

So now it is better to say "if data WAS important" ...

Note : where the idea about changing the PCB came from ? In retrospective I should sell parts instead of drives....

Freezer is not a myth, it is based on quantum theory. Read about physics, study noise characteristics of amplifiers, you will see it has scientific explanation. It is not I do recommend it. Fact it is dangerous, works for few minutes only (not enough to backup data), but just enough to load and initialise firmware, which could be loaded from external source in the perfectly safe way.

On older drives it sometimes worked but on modern drives?

I had just written a whole section about how atoms expand & contract due to heat & cold etc but then decided lifes to short to argue & I really cant be bothered

Sure, freezer is not a myth if you intend to eat the drive at a later time.
On any other case,

Not exactly frozen : something ON THE DRIVE worked only at low temperature. This doesn't change the fact that the "freezer" thing is bull... ehm, a myth.
