Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

Hello,
some days ago I posted here about my problem. But not, I write you directly if somesome could quote how much it could be the recovery if he/she do it.
I already tried to contact pcimage in three different ways but he did not answered my mails, probably in the forums I can have more luck.
It is just personal stuff, photos and some offices doccuments, which is really important. I would like to recover but I do not know if I can afford it, so I would like to have a quote.
I write again the problem and the alrready taken actions:
This is the information of the HDD and PCB:
Seagate Barracuda 7200.10 250GB ST3250310AS
P/N: 9EU132-305
firmware 3.AAC
site code: WU
CHIP: TTB5041A0
TVS diodes are OK.
I have swaped a pcb from one bought in onepcbsolution.
When I power on the computer it takes, something like 10 seconds to show in BIOS start-up the IDE/SATA peripherals. Also, only half of the times the drive is detected.
The drive, always spin up, without noticeable noises.
The drive has 2 primary partitions and 1 extended with 2 logical partitions inside.
I've tryed to rescue booting with a linux distribution called SystemRescueCD.
Most of the times a fdisk -l command shows the partition table (the rest, connection to drive seems to be lost).
I cannot mount the drive.
I have made an image with ddrescue to work only with the image, but during the process (almost 2 days) it detected so many errors, than I cannot find useful data in the image.
I think services in Europe are better for me, because of shipping costs (I live in spain).
Thanks again and best regards,
Angel.

Proper diagnose is needed so you have in any case to send the drive in for evaluation. And be honest : how much (max.) can you afford / are you willing to spend?

Thank you BlackST,
Ok, do you (or someone else) think that it could be done for something under 200 Euros?
I mean, taking into account the things that have been already done with the drive:
- Swap pcb. I provide the original and the replacement, if it can help.
- Drive cloning with ddrescue
- testdisk with the image or the drive.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
nobody can do it?
The problem is the price? If so, please provide a better estimate.
Thank you.
