Hello,

The drive in topic spin up normally ( half calibration ) and get ready but no detection. After heads replacement the drive make the same symptoms.
PCB changed but no luck.

Any ideas ?

Media damage?
Have you swapped back heads to donor to see it they still work?

You have a problem in firmware or head are not compatible.

FW checked after hot swap mod02 was corrupted. I believe heads are compatible too. Because after heads replacement the drive detected with full model and capacity but with slow responding and I tried to connect to SD doctor but this problem happens before I tried anything.

What's the problem after, than?
Slow responding?

When I powered off the drive and power on again the drive become undetectable and make half calibration and couldn't load normally.

Most probably you have bad media. Meybe media damages heads too

Can you try to backs heads to donnor drive another time¿

If not correcty works, then your media is badly

Then i suppose your problem is about FW.
