safwan1967,
Learn the Russian language.
Unfortunately we do not have the normal technical English teachers.
Brains cancer arise when trying to translate the simple things from Russian to English.
Our technical language, this 80% is not translatable into other languages, Russian Slang.

about the life of something else to talk as much as possible.
A technically - complete end

your story must be different. as i see you buy a lot of expensive tools pc3k express and nand flash ,,,, ETC .that's not enough at all to recover complicated cases. you have to read more and practice more and more.support is just a guide IMHO

Data recovery need lot of skills. tools are important, but is the most important is experience and skills.
Ace lab suppor is very good, but take in mind that they are on Russia, take in mind timetalbes, languajes, remote support is more dificult than local support.
Maybe you must get a teacher for a while, for learning in the best way.

This isn't true. People are the same, so a number of them and their skills are the same as well.
