I thing the heads are good, i can read and write, i was thinking in firmware bug but i don´t know how read firmware using the terminal or how verifier it.

After this command your hard disk show in bios

Sorry but I'm not sure use that command on another disk than 7200.11. But I used m0,6,3,,,,, 22, N1 and F,, 22 and the disc still BSY. Any other suggestions. Thank you all for the help.

Possibly SA area is BAD, Any suggestions in here.

i got same problem.. my disk is ST1000DM003 CC4B
