Hello ,
I Have This Seagate HDD That Does Not Sound Good To The Ears Via A Stethoscope .Before i Tear It Apart I Wanted Your Opinion On The Terminal Response I Am Getting .Are They Heads Gone " Mightbe One Of It is On a Platter God Knows ." .

Mhh, I suspect head is weak. I would attempt to reach terminal prompt and run some tests to confirm.

Likely a weak head, as labtech suggested. I'd start by trying to disable media cache.

I Will Try The Same Tommorow .What Kinda Tests Would You Like Me To Do On This

1 : PCB Standby And Spinup
And
2 : Checking Different Defect Tables
3 : Testing Heads ?

Don't need to do 1. for this model drive.
Do as lcoughey suggested and then yes, 2,3 and so on.
The idea is to identify if heads work (and which possibly look suspect) and equally important to capture what the drive does when testing.
Seems like drive is on its last leg, so likely can't test too much longer before it talks in clicks.
