because of Wrong Adapter TVS diodes burn in ST3000DM001.

i repair it.
drive spins. head moves. after that suddenly stops.

I've never encountered such a problem.

Why it stops?

What exactly did the repair entail? If used adaptives swap on a donor PCB, then it is possible the solder is weak and ROM is not connecting well. If this is not the problem, then there could have been other subsequent issues along with the original TVS failure, such as motor winding failure, preamp failure, etc.
